Shipments and Delivery

General information

Packages are generally dispatched the same day, or following day after receipt of payment and are shipped via carrier, typically DPD and FedEx for non-palletised orders, with tracking and drop-off with signature required. Whichever delivery choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order where possible. We will try to group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees may apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Delivery Charges

£6.50 flat rate charge up to 30kg per consignment for UK Mainland.
Charges apply to Non-Mainland UK and other Countries.

Isle of Man All orders - 3 days - £11.00 ex vat per order up to 10kg*

*Excluding heavy or large items and special kits. Individual delivery charges will be shown at your basket. Delivery times exclude weekends. Prices exclude VAT. Special order equipment orders may take up to 12 weeks for delivery.

Delivery Times (UK)

Next day delivery: Orders must be received by 2pm Monday to Friday to be delivered the next working day. Next day delivery is for UK Mainland only and only applies to items that are in stock. Delivery to other areas, including Highlands, Islands and Republic of Ireland, may take up to two working days. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders must be placed before 2pm Friday to be delivered on Monday. Some stocked equipment orders can take up to 4 days for delivery.

Delivery on products purchased during special events and promotions may take longer, please allow 3 to 5 working days for dispatch.

Orders will be processed and dispatched subject to credit card and address details being correct. Delivery times are quoted in good faith. Ecotarius can accept no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside of our control causing late delivery. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control. Delivery will be to the address advised in your order. If no one is available at a residential or business address at the time of delivery, unless special instructions were given at time of order, a note will be left to advise if your order has been returned to the depot.

Delivery is not available to any PO Box address.

Delivery Times (OVERSEAS)

Delivery times may vary subject to country and out of area location. All overseas orders are dispatched using FedEx or Parcel Force Worldwide. Tracking supplied and signature required. 

Most Countries 2 to 3 business days, some may take a little longer.

Residential & Business

For large items and/or orders you are advised to have assistance on hand as couriers will only deliver to premises kerb side and will not enter premises or deliver up or down stairs. If you require assisted delivery into premises or up or down stairs please contact us so we can make suitable arrangements. An excess delivery charge will apply for this service. You must ensure that any obstacles, such as door ways, are catered for.

Business - Pallet Orders

For pallet orders you are advised to have assistance on hand as our drivers will only deliver to premises kerb side or delivery yard area. Please ensure you have a fork truck and/or pallet truck available for unloading.

Delivery UK of pallet orders will generally take between 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery of pallet order for overseas will take considerably longer.
